Code of Ethics

All my readings and information provided by my clients, will be treated in the strictest confidence and I will never pass on your personal information to anyone else. This includes your contact information such as an email address, telephone number, etc. I will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that any information transmitted electronically remains confidential.

A Tarot reading is meant to be a positive, and healing experience helping you to take charge of your own life and path.

When a reading has been sent, you are given the opportunity to ask questions for clarification but I reserve the right to discuss only the content of the reading in question.

I always endeavour to be open-minded and non-judgmental, treating all my clients with equal Honesty and respect.

I will respond to reading requests within 3 working days of receipt. If there is any delay I will contact you via email.

The fees for readings are as set out in this website and are payable prior to any reading being prepared.

I will not undertake readings about a third party such as a client’s relatives, friends, work colleagues or other acquaintances under any circumstances. I will not prepare any reading in answer to a question about a third party e.g. How will my husbands job work out? This might be rephrased to read ‘How can I help my husband to make the most of his work?’ If an unsuitable question is submitted I will offer the opportunity to re-phrase or change it.

I reserve the right to refuse to read for anyone or to end a reading if I feel unable to continue by withdrawing tactfully and offering an immediate refund of any money paid. Refunds will not be made in any other circumstance.

All my readings are prepared personally by me; none of my readings are computer generated.

A reading is not legally binding and it does not substitute for the consultation of medical, psychological, legal or financial professionals.

If appropriate, I may suggest that my client obtain professional advice in matters such as legal, financial or health issues.

I do not read for any persons under the age of 18 years unless they have the express permission of their parent or guardian.
